Examination Cell

The examination cell takes care of the formative and summative assessment and monitors the progress of the students of the institution. Conducting of all semester internal assessments and other external Examinations is the prime responsibilities of the Examination cell. The Supervisors of Examinations and other members of Examination work under the guidance of the Principal, OIC of Examinations regarding the examination matters.

Functions of the Cell:

• Prepares an examination calendar for the whole academic year.
• Prepares the time table for the Internal Assessment Examinations
• Announces Seating arrangement in the Examination halls.
• Takes the necessary confidential steps to prepare the question papers for the semester Internal Assessment and other external examinations well in advance.
• Takes necessary steps for distribution of answer sheets and question papers.
• Invites all the departments to submit their list of subjects along with the pattern of examination and the list of students who appeared in the Examination and statement of absentee candidates.
• Maintains all records pertaining to examinations.
• Addresses the grievances of students related to examination issues.
