Department of Electronics

Electronic systems are something we take for granted. We use cell phones, computers, fitness sensors, navigation systems and video games like a natural thing. But without electronic systems, none of the electronics surrounding us would have worked. Department of Electronics was established for the first time in Purba-Medinipur district at Maharaja Nandakumar Mahavidyalaya in 2019 with affiliation from Vidyasagar University. The Department currently offers Electronics as General subject to the students of Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and other Honours Subjects. The laboratory of the Department is well equipped and the central library is rich with a good number of advanced books for Electronics Honours/PG as well as General Electronics. The department has well qualified and well-motivated faculty members and support staff to enhance the knowledge, skill & talents of the students. The laboratories are adequately equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Department of Electronics teaches and does research into advanced R&D activities in Electronics and related areas.
